IH pump is a horizontal single stage single suction water centrifugal pump, for suction and delivery of water and physical and chemical properties similar to water without solid particles of liquid. It is widely used in industry and agriculture and urban, drainage, fire water supply.
IH PUMP SYSTEM according to the international standard ISO2858 specified performance and size design, its technical standards are close to the international standard, to the international advanced level. The pump has simple structure, reliable performance, small volume, light weight, good corrosion resistance, low power consumption, easy to use and maintenance.
Pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, sealing ring, pump cover, shaft, suspension and so on. The pump adopts the rear door structure, which can be repaired without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines, which is very convenient.
The pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot support. Pump inlet and outlet flange size standard GB9113.3-88 (1.6MPa), equivalent to HG20595-97 (1.6MPa).
The pump impeller nut adopts the steel wire screw sleeve to prevent the loosening of the impeller nut due to the vibration or reversal in the pump operation.
The oil level gauge adopts automatic compensation oil level gauge to ensure reliable lubrication in pump operation. (By default, our company adopts closed grease lubricated bearing, which does not need oil and grease for long-term operation)
Viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
