Product description

BMY series underwater magnetic drive centrifugal pump is magnetic drive vertical suspension centrifugal pump, BMY is single-stage, BMYD is multi-stage, the pump liquid is discharged through the independent discharge pipe. BMY impeller design has closed type and open type, the drive shaft is made of rigid material, and the single shaft length is not more than 1.5m, good stability; The axial force is dynamically balanced by the balance plate, the sliding bearing is self-lubricating with the conveying medium, and the material is made of wear-resistant materials such as pressless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) or YWN8. The drive motor is connected with the external magnetic rotor through the coupling.

The dry gas mechanical seal can be installed in the motor seat box to form a secondary seal. The motor seat box can be designed for natural cooling or water cooling structure, and the pump steering is clockwise from the drive end.


Design features

The external protection design can effectively prevent the external magnetic rotor radial movement and scratch the isolation sleeve when the rolling bearing is damaged, safe and reliable!

The isolation sleeve is made of TC4 titanium alloy, which has high strength and resistivity. The design can effectively reduce the thickness of the isolation sleeve, so that the magnetic eddy current loss is only 30% of the ordinary austenitic stainless steel isolation sleeve at the same strength! (The magnetic eddy current loss of the isolator accounts for 10%~25% of the motor power of the magnetic pump)

Axle sleeve thermal compensation design, built-in expansion sleeve can absorb thermal expansion and concentric positioning, axle sleeve as the most critical parts affecting the operation cycle of magnetic pump, the design can ensure that the magnetic pump trouble-free and stable operation!

Ingenious internal circulation structure, stable cooling and lubrication, high efficiency and low cavitation.

Sliding bearings, bushings and thrust discs adopt modular design, and shaft system components are designed as independent assembly components. The structure is far superior to the process design of troublesome operation and easy damage to hot inserts!

The shaft body is made of YWN8 hard alloy, which has the advantages of high strength, high wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
