BMD series is a single suction multi-stage horizontal centrifugal pump driven by magnetic force. The inner rotor support of the pump is made of non-pressure sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) or YWN8 sliding bearings, and the axial force floating balance structure is designed. The bearing box at the drive end can be equipped with dry gas mechanical seal to form a secondary seal. According to the working temperature, the bearing box and the pump body support have natural cooling and water cooling structure design.
Horizontal radial subdivision, the shell is a tubular structure, the inner shell is a segmental structure; Fully sealed, no leakage, no pollution; Base support (basic type) and center support (high temperature type) are selected according to the medium temperature. High power magnetic drive; The inlet can be arranged horizontally, vertically or laterally at any Angle, and the horizontal arrangement is more conducive to the measures taken to improve the anti-cavitation performance of the pump; The outlet can be arranged vertically or laterally at any Angle; It can be directly connected with the motor or with diaphragm coupling. The cooling and lubrication mode of inner circulation is more suitable for conveying various fluid media, including easy to vaporize media.
1.BMD series is mainly composed of suction section, ejection section, impeller, guide vane, internal magnetic steel, external magnetic steel, isolation sleeve, motor and so on. The impeller and internal magnetic steel are integrated and installed in the sealing body composed of suction section and isolation sleeve, the motor drives the external magnetic steel, the external magnetic steel drives the internal magnetic steel, so that the impeller rotates, thus replacing the dynamic seal with static seal. Make the flow parts of the pump completely sealed without leakage.
2. Using special intensive, magnetic, push-pull magnetic circuit coupling magnetic drive device, with compact structure, small volume, large torque, small eddy current, high magnetic transmission efficiency, stable and reliable operation advantages.
