CQB magnetic pump is suitable for conveying the maximum pressure of 1.6MPa, the temperature is not more than 100℃, the viscosity is not more than 30mm2 without hard particles and fiber liquid. When the conveying medium system pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, the unit can carry out special design and manufacture.
CQB series stainless steel magnetic drive centrifugal pump is usually composed of motor, magnetic coupling and centrifugal pump head.
Its main feature is the use of magnetic coupler transmission power, completely no leakage, when the motor takes the magnetic coupler external magnetic steel rotation, the magnetic line through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the internal magnetic steel, so that the pump rotor and motor synchronous rotation, no mechanical contact to transfer torque. At the power input of the pump shaft, because the liquid is enclosed in the static isolation sleeve, there is no moving seal and therefore no leakage. CQB series magnetic pump is a new type of completely non-leakage corrosion resistant pump developed by the national joint design group of magnetic pump, its technical and economic indicators are not close to the water of similar products abroad in the late eighties. CQB series magnetic pump type and basic parameters conform to JB/T7742-95 "Small magnetic drive Centrifugal pump" standard.
