BMQD series multi-stage magnetically driven tangential flow pump almost eliminates the axial force due to the symmetrical arrangement of impeller, improves the reliability of pump and device operation, and has incomparable advantages of vortex pump with low specific revolutions. Especially in the small flow, high head occasion can play its unique role.

Product features

Due to the use of tangential flow pump design technology, from zero flow to design flow change, the pump head is a constant value, this feature is particularly suitable for the use of the nozzle matching occasion, but also adapt to other requirements of pump with self-adjusting characteristics of the occasion, at the same time the pump is not sensitive to the impeller and the front and rear pump cover clearance, when the friction, corrosion caused by the gap becomes larger, The performance of the pump remains essentially unchanged. BMQD multi-stage magnetic drive tangential flow pump adopts impeller back-to-back design installation on the structure, basically canceling the axial thrust generated by the impeller in operation, improving the service life of the pump wear parts. The optimization and improvement of the internal structure, the traditional cantilever shaft structure is changed to both ends of the support, and the impeller is set in the middle of the two sets of sliding bearing pairs, greatly reducing the vibration and noise of the pump operation. The long-term operation of the pump is more stable and safe.
