It also ensures that the medium will not produce crystallization, condensation, viscosity or vaporization due to temperature changes. The thermal insulation magnetic pump adopts the corresponding thermal insulation and cooling method for the overcurrent parts according to the different working conditions to ensure that the material properties will not be affected by the ambient temperature.
BM(B) series thermal insulation magnetic drive centrifugal pump adopts jacket insulation structure for pump body and pump cover, which is often suitable for medium with small temperature difference between ambient temperature and specified temperature. It has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost. BM(BB) series thermal insulation magnetic drive centrifugal pump with 360℃ no dead Angle of the full cover jacket structure design, suitable for the environment temperature and the specified temperature temperature difference between the medium (such as phthalic anhydride, etc.), characterized by good thermal insulation effect, high efficiency. The magnetic drive of the thermal insulation magnetic drive centrifugal pump is made of Sm2Co17 high temperature samarium cobalt rare earth alloy material, and the working temperature is -90℃~350℃.
1. The internal and external magnetic rotor assembly and the isolation sleeve are installed in the reverse direction, which realizes the jacket coating of the internal magnetic drive and the isolation sleeve in the structure, so that the overall structure truly achieves 360 ° C no dead Angle insulation, and has a complete thermal insulation effect on the pump flow parts, improves the thermal insulation effect and efficiency, and effectively solves the problems of insufficient thermal insulation and low heat conduction efficiency.
2. The auxiliary blade on the inner magnetic rotor seat provides the power for the inner circulation of the medium, and the pressurization cycle ensures that the special medium such as high melting point or high viscosity can also be fully cooled and lubricating for the system.
3. The rear drain is provided at the lowest position of the isolation sleeve, which is convenient for the user to remove the material residue in the rear chamber of the pump, and provides convenience for the long-term stable operation of the thermal insulation magnetic pump.
